Now Available: Studio C on the 5th Floor!
We’re thrilled to announce the opening of Studio C, our newest rental space located on the top floor. This beautiful studio features a real wood floor perfect for barefoot, socks, or dance shoes only. With natural light, a more private atmosphere, and a cozy vibe, Studio C offers a fresh option for rehearsals, intimate classes, and creative exploration.

Three bright, air-conditioned studios: each space is thoughtfully designed for dance, performance, and creative practice.

Free-standing ballet barres accessible for all renters.

Two sprung wood floors:

Studio A (1st Floor): Marley flooring, ideal for modern, ballet, and contemporary dance.

Studio B (Lower Level): Harlequin floor, great for tap, flamenco, and percussive styles.

Studio C (5th Floor): Real wood flooring — best suited for barefoot, socks, and dance shoes only.

Mirrors from floor to ceiling in all studios.

Dressing rooms available on both the lower level and 5th floor.

Restroom facilities on the ground floor and 5th floor.

No water fountains, but 16 oz. bottled water (Spring or Purified) available for $1 at the front desk.

Please note: shoes or props that may damage or scuff the floor are not permitted.

Rates vary depending on the type of activity (e.g., ongoing classes, workshops, rehearsals, private lessons) and number of participants — including dancers, musicians, or teaching staff.
